The Ghost Butterflies of Mt Diablo

 Some say the Spanish explorers named Mount Diablo because spooky things were happening when they camped at the base. Those some also say, it was probably the local inhabitants fucking with them.

 These ghostly images show that not only can butterflies flap their wings in the blink of eye but they can also do a full flap in the fraction of a second it takes the camera's shutter to open and close.
