Amendment 2 - The Right to Bear Arms
A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
"well - regulated". Sounds like, they meant you should know how to properly use and store a weapon. Be properly trained and certified to use a weapon. How come nobody talks about this part of the amendment? Is making sure a person is sane before they buy a gun an "infringment"?
